Mayor Harold Washington, Chicago, IL

This over-life-sized sculpture stands in front of the Harold Washington Cultural Center at 47th & King Drive. This sculpture was a complement to the 'Chicago Blues District,' and honors the first Black Mayor of Chicago, Harold Washington.

The statue was unveiled in 2004.
